How Nutrition Consultations Work With an NT Nutrition

I offer nutrition coaching and counselling designed to turn those food thoughts down a few notches; help you eat in practical, flexible ways for your lifestyle; and relearn how to eat intuitively. No rules, no restrictions.

Step 1

Schedule your free consultation with me. This is the first step to making lasting changes in your health and wellness. I’ll reach out to schedule your free initial 15 minute consultation – this doesn’t commit you to anything!

Step 2

During this call, we will get to know each other, discuss your health journey and where you want to go, and you can ask me questions about my program to see whether they’re a fit.

Step 3

You’ve decided to start your journey with me. You will have regular 1:1 support through video call / face to face meetings with me as we begin to make positive changes. Through 1:1 support with me as a Registered Associate Nutritionist I work with you to assess your lifestyle, relationship with food and your body to help you shape positive changes to behaviours and the way you feel about food. 

And….you can now learn to discover the joys of healthy eating.

By listening to your body, you will be well on your way to food transformation.

Our first appointment together is a chance for us to get to know each other better and see if we’d be a good fit. We’ll take a deep dive into your dieting history, relationship with food, and explore your goals. I’ll explain more about my approach and we will be talking about what working together will look like, and establish a plan moving forward.

The support that I offer typically includes sessions and sessions might vary (online to face). You also receive unlimited email support between sessions, access to your own personalised dashboard where session information, summaries and resources are stored, plus worksheets & supporting materials to help you on your way. It’s comprehensive support designed to get you the results you desire!
